Again this year, we will be using the New Horizons conference mobile app. You’ll be able to plan your conference experience with a personalized schedule and browse exhibitors, sponsors, maps, and MUCH more!
Downloading the App to your Mobile Device
STEP 1: Download the App
The first thing you’ll need to do is download the app (AttendeeHub) on the device you will be bringing and using at New Horizons.
Don’t have a iOS (Apple) or Android phone? Skip Step 1 and go straight to Step 2 to verify your account and use the mobile web version of the app.
STEP 2: Verify your Account
- Go back to the invitation email, using the same device from Step 1, and click Verify Account to unlock all of the app’s advanced features.
- You can log in on all your devices with this code until it expires. After that you’ll need a new code to log in.
STEP 3: Explore!
Enjoy! You’ll be able to search the schedule of events and sessions, save sessions you’re interested in, and explore many other helpful features.
If you have requested your verification code and have yet to receive it, make sure to double check your spam/junk folder! Also, if you are having trouble accessing the app after downloading to your phone, try uninstalling and reinstalling AttendeeHub again, using the direct link in your original invitation email.
